Description iPhone address book has a very powerful feature for clubbing your contacts into groups. Unfortunately, there is no interface provided to create a group. CreateGroups provides you a very simple and easy way to create groups. Using this app you can create new group and choose any contact/group to be part of this new group.
Features:
- Lists all your existing groups & all the contacts.
- You can select/deselect Groups (or contacts within the groups) with a single tap.
- Create new group. This group will have all the contacts that you have selected earlier.
- Search through the list of groups.
- View the contacts in the groups. You can further view the details of each contact.

Launch createGroups by tapping the icon on your iPhone.

Click on the 'i' button[instructions] on the top left to view the instructions.

CreateGroups displays a list of all the groups in your address book. You can scroll through the list of groups, search a group, view all the contacts of a group. All this are described in the following steps of this manual.

You can see the contacts in a group by clicking on the ">"button [should place the image].
You can search any contact in a group by using the search functionality.
Contacts with no details like (viz. first name, last name, middle name, company name, phone - no, & Email ID) are listed as "No Name".
Single Tap on a contact to select it. Tapping an already selected contact will deselect it.
Partially filled Green Check Mark of a group indicates that only few contacts of that group are selected.

You can see the details of any contact by clicking the ">"[should place a image here] button.

When you see the details of a particular Contact, you can edit the contact details by clicking the "Edit" button.

Once you are done editing all the required fields of the contact, click on "Done" button to leave the Editing Mode.

You can go back to the contacts screen by clicking the "[Group Name]" button on the left side of Navigation Bar.

You search for a specific group or groups. In the search list, you can select/deselect the groups.
You can scroll the groups list once to hide the keyboard & view all the search results clearly.
To search for another group, click on the search bar & the keyboard pops up again allowing you to type & see the search results.

Once you have finished selecting all the group(s)/(or contacts within the groups), click on "create" button on the right of navigation bar. You will have three choices.

A) No Group(s)/(or Contacts within Groups) Selected.
When No Group(s)/(or Contacts within Groups) are selected & 'create' button is clicked.
A warning message appears asking if the user really wants to create an E,pty Group anyway.
When user clicks 'YES', a new window appears asking for the 'NewGroupName'.
Click on 'NO' to hold back & select few contacts/groups before clicking create.
B) Group Name already Exists/ No New Group Name Entered.
When the 'NewGroupName' is same as some existing ones, an alert message pop's up asking for confirmation.
Click on 'YES' to continue & 'NO' to hold back & give some new name.
When the 'NewGroupName' field is left empty & you click on 'create', a warning message pop's up.
By Default empty Group Names will be renamed as "Contacts".

Select the required Group(s)/ (or Contacts within Group(s)), Enter group Name.
Click on Create & new groups gets created successfully.
