RenameGroups is a very simple utility that lets you rename the groups in address book by providing you with an easy interface.
Main Features:
- Lists all your existing groups.
- Click on any of the group to rename it.
- Search through the list of groups.
- View the contacts in the groups.
- Click on back to cancel the operation & return back to Groups list.

Launch RenameGroups by tapping the icon on your iPhone.
|

RenameGroups displays a list of all the groups in your address book. You can scroll through the list of groups, search a group, view all the contacts of a group. All this are described in the following steps of this manual.

Click on any group to rename it. A new window with a text box showing old group name is displayed. Click on "[x]" (clear) button at the end of the text box to clear the text. Enter new Group Name & Click on "[Save]" button (top right corner). The group gets renamed. When the new group Name text box is left empty & you click on "[Save]" Button, alert message gets displayed. Click on 'YES' to rename the group to 'Contacts' & 'NO' to give some name.

You can see the contacts in a group by clicking on the ">"button [should place the image]. You can search any contact in a group by using the search functionality. Contacts with no details like (viz. first name, last name, middle name, company name, phone - no, & Email ID) are listed as "No Name". You can rotate the iPhone to see the list of Contacts in either Portrait /Landscape mode according to your iPhone holding position at any stage of our application.

You can see the details of any contact by clicking the ">"[should place a image here] button. When you see the details of a particular Contact, you can edit the contact details by clicking the "Edit" button. Once you are done editing all the required fields of the contact, click on "Done" button to leave the Editing Mode. You can go back to the contacts screen by clicking the "[Group Name]" button on the left side of Navigation Bar.

You search for a specific group or groups. In the search list, you can click on a group to rename it. You can scroll the groups list once to hide the keyboard & view all the search results clearly. To search for another group, click on the search bar & the keyboard pops up again allowing you to type & see the search results.

Once you are done renaming groups, you click on "Done" button on the right. A new window with the information about the version & the support details is displayed.
