Junior BIM Architect

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD, capable of delivering high-quality BIM models for US- and Canada-based projects. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field
1–4 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably on US or Canada-based projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid understanding of architectural and engineering concepts
Proven expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD
Work on US- and Canada-based architectural projects while adhering to international standards
Perform point cloud conversion and integrate point cloud data into BIM models
Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards, best practices, and project requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve design and modeling challenges
Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables

Technical & Professional Skills:

Experience with point cloud–to–BIM workflows
Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Adaptability to changing project requirements and tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional BIM tools or software
Knowledge of US and Canadian building codes and standards

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Architects and Engineers to ensure efficient project
execution
Demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling
software
Analyze and interpret building specifications, site conditions, and applicable codes and
regulations
Prepare accurate technical drawings, illustrative sketches, and documentation based on
client requirements
Generate cost estimates and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment
with scope and budget
Oversee quality control, monitor project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
Participate in technical calls and meetings to fully understand and clarify client
expectations and project goals
